Performing Arts Centre, Dodderhill School, Droitwich Spa
The project converted the school’s former gymnasium into a two-storey Performing Arts Facility.

The design, and the insertion into the double height space, provides a ground floor performance space, with teaching and practice rooms on the upper floor. Works also comprise alterations to the existing main hall and landscaping improvements to enhance accessibility.

The complex conversion project is designed in compliance with Building Bulletin 93 – Acoustics in Schools.
During the launching ceremony, the centre was officially opened by Lord Digby Jones. The opening ceremony featured in several news articles.

“The new performance arts centre looks better than we could have ever imagined and it will be an excellent resource for the girls and the local community.”
– Cate Mawston, Headmistress at Dodderhill School
